Shipping and Delivery

Order Confirmation

You should receive an order confirmation upon placing your order. Your card will be pre-authorised but not fully charged until we have confirmed your e-bike supplier has your item in stock. If the suppler of your e-bike does not have your item in stock, we'll void your order and contact you to discuss alternatives.


Order Delivery

Dispatch times vary depending on suppliers, but all suppliers will have your product dispatched within five working days. You will receive a tracking code within two working days of placing your order. 

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the brand you are purchasing. 

Damages

You are responsible for inspecting all items at the point of delivery. Do not accept delivery of any damaged items. If you find your item to be damaged, please take photos/videos and send them to use at info@poweredpedals.co.uk so that we can begin the process of starting an insurance claim and resolving the problem. 


Cancellations & Refunds

Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Returns

Am I able to return my order?
You can only return your item within 30 days of it being received.
(To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in it's original packaging. This means that your bike has not been ridden)

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact our team on info@poweredpedals.co.uk ASAP after your purchase to cancel your order. Orders cancelled before leaving the manufacturer can be refunded free or charge.
